I have another problem. This time it's about skinning and weight painting.

I binded the shoulder joint (red in the picture) to the upper body cylinder, but if I want to change the weights everything is deformed and "runs" straight to the ground/world center.

I tried other binding methods, but it's all the same. There is no chance to change the weight. I only want to influence the shoulder part.

i have faced it some times.
unbind it. delete history and bind it again by saying "selecting joints" and "closest distance".
it worked for me............

Ok. Thanks. I fixed the problem - somehow. ;) It just disappeared. But I will try your way next time the problem occurs.
