I like the idea, very creative :)
But you should try to give her a good pose, even now in concept phase. It's hard to judge your concept because her pose looks really heavy and not like a woman.
And don't make her a warrior like in the bottom right, personally I really like the concepts with the sticks carrying her stuff, the teddy and maybe the hat too.
Reading your story she is more like a crazy naive girl in a womens body (which is very cool!) and an assassin (stealing stuff, slicing careless people xD)
The more I think about your concept the more I like it. May be even one of my favourites :D
Just try to play more with her pose and try to show her character.
Wish you the best!

Totally creative concept, it's good to see you have a lot of ideas floating around in your sketches. I agree you should play with some posing ideas. If you're unsure of your own posing sketching abilities, I've found doing a quick trace over of a photographed pose can help to establish the stance, then you can add your details over that.
keep it up

thanks a lot guys for the crit!
I will work on the pose and try my best to get her looking right!

yes is a good idea, just a tip, being a femenine model can give you some aditional expression if you look the side view too, femenines curves suggest a lot in armors.
keep it up and show more!
