Will put Alchemy doodles here >

I like the second, is very good
i also used alchemy for my thumbs but your sketch seems to be more smooth
in general i use big stroke, line 2 and pression shape with mirror and opacity 20/30% but i never thought to use gradient to do it more smooth and soft, very good work ;)

Good use of Alchemy. I espesilly like the contrast you got. Would make some good wall art.

Good start! The title of your god alone is pure gold already! :buttrock:

ahahahahah the last two seems to be one monster of Carlos Huante
is very funny
sincerly is one kind of monsters that i don't like, too much abstract form, too much little things outside the body, little arms, i don't like it
wait a moment... i love the artwork of Carlos Huante, i bought also the book monstruo and i love it but this is not the kind of monster that i like
the first two sketches are the best i think, better the second, the first is too empty but the second have a good balance between black and wait, and the grey give an awesome background

I have no intention of using the alchemy doodles, just exploring ideas for now. The last two are bit too vague and abstract, i do not see the Carlos Huante connection. But thanks it gives me an idea. After watching MIB i realised portraying something of vast size would be good thing for a god. So gonna be sticking spacey (galaxies) stuff in nearly every doodle i do. :buttrock:

03 March 2011, 05:16 PM
Awesome I like the latest one, reminds me a bit of Cloverfield in that sea monster kind of way

03 March 2011, 11:52 AM
Trying a variation on the last picture. :buttrock:

03 March 2011, 12:01 PM
I love the one that's in space. Now THAT looks like a god of epic proportions! :buttrock:

03 March 2011, 12:59 PM
Your last 4 concepts look the best. The 3rd most recent one somewhat reminds me of Bioshock big daddy character design. Although its cool I would go for a merge between your 4th, 2nd and most recent work. Good luck!

03 March 2011, 02:46 AM
good job! should combine some of the idea to form a final god! i will go for the last one and make further develpoment! keep it up!

03 March 2011, 08:25 PM
I like the first doodle... looks like some kind of baron or something really cool.

03 March 2011, 03:21 AM
Specially love the one with a galaxy-head, but they're all awesome.

03 March 2011, 06:43 AM
digging the 2nd to last.

I could go the entire contest in concepting phase.
