Here's the first sketch I kinda like so far. The model will probably be very different. I have to get in 3d to evaluate the volumes better and do some serious paint-overs. I can't wait to design the head.

That looks like a very promising direction. Hope the 3d block out will be a success :)

That's gorgeous! I can't wait to see more (:

Great work! Looks like an epic upgrade to a terminator. I like the style, keep it up!

great Solid Warrior Design. The Skull-Steel is cool.

Rough blocking of the major shapes with a little dude for size reference. Still anticipating major proportion changes, to say nothing of detail work. Fun times ahead :wip:

Cool design, looks even better than in the concept sketch with the new wings. I like the dimensions of the character and would like to ask if the wings will be moveable?

Definitely Planning to make the wings moveable. I'm trying to think of some interesting ways they could work. Id like to make them function like a second set of arms with the pointy metal plates acting as fingers.

Once I settle on the proportions ill probably do some drawing again.

Overall, I love the upper torso and the curvature in the pelvis area very "perfect human"-like of a shape envy by the ancient Greeks. Your Silhouette and concepts reminds me of direction that "shouts for power, and no need of efficiency measures". With that being said, I think if you look at some of the more heavy vehicles for inspiration- Hummer, Ford-Build ford tough, Their frames really makes you believe that if a tree were to fall onto the vehicle, it would be the tree that breaks in half, not the other way around. You might find some more masculinity, tectonic of a spark, an horse power of a reference from that direction- which I think is what your char is shouting for.

With that also said, look for some of the more puny and slender cars/shapes to also see what makes them feel "egonomical, efficient, commercial" and leave out those elements out, so your audience would be left without a chance of resistance and fall hopeless to their lost, but with pride. Cuz they are being annihilated by this transcendent of a being.

Break some of the spaces that is currently shape with round edge/curves - with more prominite sharp turns and heavy lifts could be another approach.

I am a bit iffy on the leg silhouette that mixes with the rest of the proportions- it shouts for something that is immessive in power and less needy in fluidity in movements, thats what I think your going for- Maybe broaden the shoulder just a tiny bit to see if it balances the silhouette out. This tightly packed entity looks to be a lvl 1 or 2 form. and i think you can push it to a lvl 7 form to really make it feel like a super uber boss- right now it feels like a boss. ^^

Talking is always easier than doing, so dont mind my rambling, bud. =D

Love your work as always, Sabastian. Lets see some more wips!

Great work Sebastian, this is definitely a strong piece.
I'll keep my eye on this one too.

Hi Sebastian. We have the same theme. Look you have the model you're doing. So good luck to a duel. :applause:

Took a break from the comp, but I'm back. Here's the mostly finished blocking. Now I should start on some modeling. I think I'll push the proportions a step more exaggerated.

on the other hand...

I think I have some drawing to do.

OMFGG!!! soo EPICC! well done man, looks sooo good.

Some progress. Tons to do still on the high-poly so a timely completion seems doubtful. But I'll finish eventually. Probably time for a paint-over and some additions.
