very cool....kinda creepy too. For some reason it reminds me of the movie "Honey I shrunk the Kids"...the part where they are going through their front yard....anyway...nice work!

10-29-2003, 05:30 PM
Looking cool... But i think it would need a bit of warm colors!!!
10-30-2003, 10:48 AM
i hope to start the modeling these days
10-31-2003, 01:43 PM
Very nice. It looks like the finished one is going to have some great atmosphere.
11-08-2003, 11:11 AM
I like the flying light dots (if this is there right name), the glows and fog are also nice, as ChrisThatGuy said this will have a very good atmosphere...
11-10-2003, 04:44 PM
moody and sick! I like:)
Focus on colors and fog 9maybe refelctions?) a bit more and adding maybe some dust/ or floating dandlion thingies 9birghtness?) I say this because it reminds me of a futuristic Lothlorien :surprised

I like your work very much, organic stuff always is interresting, the lightning and the abience are great. My Idea a based on a
simular world, lots of "airroots" (sorry, dunno if its the right word" and fluorecent plants.
Good Luck and much inspiration
Maybe u could have a look @ mine, I acually am coloring my final sketch.

I like what Im seeing so far....keep it coming!:buttrock: :applause:
01-20-2004, 10:13 AM
here is a some kind of rock:).I put one of the trees over it
01-20-2004, 10:20 AM
again a tree. For all my objects i use polygon modeling. If I need details on it I use shag fur plugin.
01-20-2004, 10:30 AM
here is a modeling and texturing examples of alien flower and a tree.I use deep paint for texturing all the stuff in my image.Very simple but I think effective textures beacuse i thing the lights on the scene help me 80% for the final result.
01-20-2004, 10:39 AM
here is the half of the scene. The other part i rendered separately and then joined togheter in Photoshop.
01-20-2004, 10:48 AM
this is the creature in my scene.I don't imagine this kind of worlds whithout something breathing inside.I called it "manta", don't know why.Just the name sound good to me.Its a big whale like creature that fly.
01-20-2004, 11:06 AM
Here is a lighting example.I use standart lights.
01-20-2004, 11:13 AM
render example.I render two image with different light colors for compositing later.
01-20-2004, 11:21 AM
here is the second part of the composition. Also a modeling example of this part.
01-20-2004, 11:35 AM
this is the background for the image. All filled with clouds.painted in photoshop in some different layers for easy integrating later.
01-20-2004, 11:39 AM
added the different parts of the image
01-20-2004, 03:23 PM
That's it.The final image.
Tis is really original.
Excellent posteffects and modeling.
Best luck of all:bowdown: :wavey:

Nice work--I love the clouds in the background.
Your models are all well done too. Maybe a bit more fill light to reduce the black core shadows on the objects would have been nice.
