hi all
i want to present my new work, a viking warrior

i was working on it by 3-4 months, 3-4 hours for week :], at the end little more quickly,

he was sculpted from nothing in zbrush, retopology and painting also, projection from hp model, normal maps and diff maps, was done in 3ds max, texture was corected in photoshop,

model has 12 357 poly and 2x2048 textures

below the view from udk with sunset lighting, and views from 3ds max lp, and zbrush ho model

I don't know much about 3d modelling or anything like that, but looking at the final design, I must say that this wouldn't look out of place in a good hack-and-slash fantasy game... like Dungeon Seige or Baldur's Gate on the playstation.

I am sure there are a lot more technically adept people on this forum who can give you some real good detailed advice but from me, a layman to 3d modelling, I think it looks good.

Good job!
If i had to bring you some critics, i would say that it's a bit stange, little rocks around this viking have the same texture than the big ones near trees.
Maybe you could have done last ones uvs bigger if its a tyling texture =)

But it's a realy nice job!
