i try to model nissan 2008 but its is to ugly what i do wrong here ? Im new in here dont know how to fix this any help ?

Well, you set up your blueprints nicely and you seem to have a general idea of what needs to be done. It's hard to call "you're doing this and that wrong!", i'd say you have to work on your modeling workflow in general. Just throwing some polys in the viewport won't result in a smooth modelled car.

I highly recommend this tutorial (http://www.wide3d.no/tutorials/Car_nurms_01.htm) as it covers some basics as well, and i really like the workflow described (spline cage first, then polys on top etc...)

It is time consuming, but chances are that you'll learn a lot in this process and come up with an accurate model.

Well, you definitely understand the workflow. You just need to use your viewports (especially perspective) to clean up that little mess you got going on there.

If you keep messing with it, it will look better. Keep it VERY simple. The geometry at first needs to be pretty clean so if you notice a spot that looks a little chaotic- you can just go ahead and delete a few polygons and extrude some more edges. Use your target weld, it'll look better- just don't give up.

Keep at it and it'll look clean.
