Nice, i just started modelinga BMW in poly, i fear about it turning into molten ice-cream when i meshsmooth it tho :p,
is there a way to sort of control the smooth ? beforce converting it back to Editable Poly,? not select faces and UNcheck apply to whole mesh, something like a cage that lets you play with the smooth or something ;|

If it "turns to ice cream" when you smooth it you probably have a lot of tri- or five-sided polygons.
Personally if I was gonna make a 3D car I'd use bi-rails in Maya, but anything's possible!
