Great ambiance like all of your work. I think her body seems to be a little small. Maybe its because I cant see her neck. I would like to see the original oil though.

Thanks for the crits/comments guys.
Franz...she is supposed to look a little frail, thus the small body....I did have life reference and feel like I came pretty close to nailing it. You could be right though.
I will look and see if I have the original oil scan in my archives somewhere. Basically the changes I made from oil to digital aren't to substantial. In the original she had short hair and I lengthened in the digital piece. I also added some highlights on the face and repainted the background.

I was pretty sure that you did that thing on purpose and I have to say that it makes the image special in a way. The longer I keep looking at it the more I like it.

had you just done the face and the hair, it woulda been perfect (imho). the nose seems a little too pointy, for my eyes though, but its nothing big really.
my only real crit for this is her body, various places donot seem defined enough, and at the top of her shoulder area, it looks like, to me a semi-transparent layer was left on and you can see through it and its creating a blur like effect... thats just what im seeing.
and either because its there, or because i can see that see through part of her shoulder, it makes her upper body look really flat.
but i commend you on a job well done with the expression and the eyes. brilliant ;p
