I've got the basics down on coloring thanks to a really great to tutorial Coloring Comics (http://www.figma.com/howto/eloven/el_color_01.htm) Now I would like to get into sketching. I know I did it backwards but I had to learn something in photoshop.

Well I was actually hoping for I tutorial on sketching in Photoshop. I'm sorry I should have been much, much more specific. But that site you gave me was great, and I've already done the first tut their on paper, and I'm stunned with my results. But is there any tutorial for sketching (Comic Book esque) in Photoshop? And without the Wacom Tablet as well? Yes, thats right, I mean mouse. Ohhhhh the HORROR! The AGONY!!! INCONCEIVABLE!!!!

Get a sketch pad and learn how to sketch. Once you are happy with your sketching skills, transfer them over to PS.
If you don't want to learn how to sketch in a traditional manner, then do tons of speed painting with PS.
Quick-n-sleazy speed painting in PS:
1. Start a new document
2. Fill with a neutral colour
3. Start a new layer and set to Multiply
4. Small brush with black
5. Paint an outline
6. Start a new layer and put between background and line layer
7. Make brush a little bigger
8. Grab a bunch of colours and paint away to block in your speed painting
Keep doing that and don't worry about the details. Just focus on form and base colours.
Once you are happy with your line and blocking skills, use smaller brush with lower opacity and start working on your detail skills.
edit: Oops. Went slightly off topic. I think the advice in this thread should serve you well: http://www.cgtalk.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=92698

cant get better then this....pay special attention to craig mullins tuts and the batman tut.
most important thing though....a computer is not going to teach u anything, and if you are not using a stylus then dont bother trying to "draw" on the computer. Draw on paper, then scan it...then clean up the pencil sketches or draw over it. Even with a stylus you cant really imitate the feeling of using paper because with paper you can rotate your paper to get different effects with the direction of the line. Rotating the stylus doesnt really achieve that.
Your time will be better spent using pencil and paper....master that first, then painting with the computer will make more sense.
