I am trying to make a cartoon girl model by preparing the base mesh in 3ds max 2010 then importing it into mudbox for details and mapping. My base mesh is %100 triangle free and the polygons look evenly distributed.
I export model as FBX and I import it into mudbox, though it gives an error. My problem is no matter how much I subdivide the model when I sculpt it doesn't produce smooth results, even while using smoothing tool it makes wrinkled surface. Is it because the model is not properly imported or am I missing something.
