View Full Version : How to deal with high polygon models from Z-Brush

So, I'm working with models exported from Zbrush and haven't quite figured out how to use displacement maps (I'm working on it) - but I am only working towards still images so I don't really have to worry about polygon count. Obviously, however, subdivided zbrush objects have millions of polys and therefore makes difficult to move around my scene even with just one imported object. Is there a way to reduce the poly count in the displayed mesh but have it render with the full amount of polygons without using displacement maps? Like, simply some display property I could activate?
