Heya guys,

I want to create a disintegrating/peeling effect. Kinda like something burning away but without the fire. For starters I'm trying to spawn simple plane particles over the surface of a teapot. Is there a way to have the particles wrap around and conform to the surface of the teapot?

I'm not sure if i understand exactly what you mean but i think you want them to align along the surface?

without any plugins this is how you would do that:

just spawn your plane shape instances in the surface of the tea pot position object and use "Separation" to get rid of overlapping particles. That should give you a good start.

Heya, yeap that's part of what I need to do, but I also want the particles to deform so they conform to the surface. Like stickers applied to a ball.
