sweet, nice detail for that low count, but you know the drill.....wire please:D

Damn man thats a great model for that poly count, nice job. Yeah wire please :)

That is some really nice modeling . I love helicopters . I would like to see some wires too . Keep it up .

Excellent model. Did you model the windows separately or are they just textured differently? Is this for a specific game engine or portfolio work?

As I said: kickazz model! Now show us a wire!

the windows use to form part of the main fuselage.

if it's going to be realtime rendered you could improve the mesh alot, no intersection polys and such....

10 October 2003, 03:30 AM
Why stop you? It's looking awesome, lovely detail for such a low count, can't wait to see this fully textured.

best. poly use. ever. that's all i can say

THNKS! for the comments!!!

my first time doing weathered textures, so bare with me plz.

Nice looking model. I would suggest that you weather it up more.
It needs an overall grime map as well as the small wearing that you've already painted. Experiment with a rendered cloud overlay with low opacity if you're using Photoshop. Also, the streaks need a bit of noise and color variation. Definately some rust color.

Keep it up!

modelling is great. textures could use work, looks like a kitset model paint job rather then a chopper that is used everyday to transport stuff and take general everyday abuse.

i guess your not finished texturing yet, but the boundry areas between textures such as between the windows and body look like they havn't been addressed yet.

im working on the textures as we speak.

is c4d ok for poly modeling??? ive heard alot of bad things, although you have done a quite amazing job...

10 October 2003, 03:49 AM

10 October 2003, 05:21 AM
