Today i worked on a head model, this is my second, and I'm trying to have a clean geometry as possible. But I dont know why I'm having troubles with the distribution of edges? or am I wrong and it is ok? please give me some advices and suggestions.

you've got way to much edges for that amount of detail...

Yes, you're right.
Where do you suggest i should delete these extra edges? around eyes or around the mouth?

If an edge doesn't add anything to the final shape you can delete it, it is as simple as that.
Take a look at some portraits, you'll see that most people have a wrinkle from the side of the nose going around the mouth and back up the side of the nose. Your edges need to follow that line:

You're eyes are somewhat big too...

Model away! :)

As peoples say, it's my 2d generation head :shame:
It's not boring if you have to split some faces when you delete some edges. But I think I simplified my face a lot. I'm planing to make it my starting point to many head. The eyes are big cuz it's primary a child, it could be scaled down easly.

I dont know why pictures dont appear?? it appears in other forums.I used this server many times here and it worked well.
