View Full Version : Bounced Lighting Render to Texture?

Hi Guys,

I'd like to render to texture only the bounced lighting in Mental Ray, not the direct pass, shadow pass, or sky illumination pass. Is this possible somehow?

How are you calculating bounce light? If you're using FG and/or GI you could save the FG or GI to a map with your lights on, and then reuse the map while all your lights are hidden when you render.
