I am developping a Multitexture paint tools under Maya 2009 but having to important issue.
Does someone know if there is a way to insert a texture path into a new art3DPaintCtx?
I didn't found anything in the documentation :
I do not success to access to the Save/Edit Texture with MEL....
I also have another problem with the Layered Texture node.
I created this kind of shader :
I assign 5 "file" node to an Layered Texture.
And with the RGBA channel from a 6th texture I blend with an Over mode.
As you can see on the previous picture it seems working well but...
If I connect only 2 of them. I can scale the Uvs and see the result in the viewport.
But if I connect more than 2, the scale on the UVs doesn't work anymore. this is like all Texture will be connected file:///C:/Users/sama/AppData/Local/Temp/moz-screenshot.png file:///C:/Users/sama/AppData/Local/Temp/moz-screenshot-1.pngback to the first uvs set.
When I do a render with Mental Ray, it sometimes work... but... the idea is it works in the viewport....
Does someone knows what could be the issue?
I do not know much about shader programming but dunno if could fix the issue..
