Blue Element... 1 hour 10 min.
In my concept, there are humanoid specie called Frogians. They worship their water as their god mostly because they're living in the harsh condition, desert, with nearly no water. So as a community, they live, sharing and maintaining the water together. Something like that. :)

That is nice, DreamMaster, but something is distracting my eye - is it the center position of the blue sparkle?
My sketch - done in PS in 1,5hour - still not happy with the result. Maybe I will give it another try;-)http://www.fit.vutbr.cz/%7Eizakpa/images/blue_element.jpg

As you can probably tell, I was inspired by Myridiphis's sketch:
70 min in the gimp
