Just started this a couple hours ago, thought it should be nice to do this as well. this is a tribute challenge after all.
so just for fun...
I used only move and transpose, it is easier to define mass that way, (3 to 4 levels total).
First I define with box modeling a rough shape, then switch to Zbrush tweak and if I need more loops go back to Maya, add edges and splits where needed and continue that way switching until I find good enough topology for sculpting..

Now I finnaly understand who inspired him the most.. an artist draws himself first..

Thanks Roberto, I didn't spend enough time polishing, so I decided to call it a speed sculpt...
and I did post it on the voting thanks again for allowing!
