how can set up an overcast day with physical sun and sky???

yes, well... because haze parameter seems to work strange in this case, because it shifts the overal lighting to reds-yellows, maybe you can counter that with red/blue shift but it doesnt give acurrate results...

so what options do we have for an overcast days with physical sun and sky??

I wondered the same thing a while back....

I think you might be fine with a grey IBL. It produces very soft shadows. Or an IBL with a large area light near your subjects that has emit diffuse and emit specular unchecked. You can then control the sharpness of the shadows with the size of the area light.

Phys Sun has a "Shadow Softness" parameter but if I recall correctly it can get noisy unless you crank up the samples quite a bit.
