View Full Version : Query rendered image? is it possible?

I am trying to get the image that Maya just rendered. I have been able to find what Maya is scheduled to render with 'renderSettings'. But with that you only find an image name, not the actual image being rendered. There is a work around for it by quering the frame number and re-querying the frame with the frame number. But then Maya gets completely confused if you want to find multiple images(ie. stereo renders, passes). I actually had a laugh yesterday when Maya rendered an image with these flags...
the resulting image: sh01_diffuse_MasterBeauty_leftCamera
querry'd image: sh01_diffuse__leftCamera
Maya knew that MasterBeauty was a pass when it wrote the file but forgot when it tried to querry it.

So, is there a way to querry all the images Maya has just rendered? All passes?

Yeah, that is what I am using to get the frame scheduled to render. But it won't tell me all the frames that were rendered.
