I would like to create stills of photorealistic waves breaking over and crashing on rocks. What software would do this for me so that the leading edge of the breaking wave has sculptural details (not just white fuzz) and shows thousands of water droplets as part of the foamy wave-edge structure?

Thanks for the tip. Nothing like fluid simulations based on real physics to get the job done.
