Long time no see, DanielH, your entry always rock! Love you for it man! ^^
Here's my entry, unfortunately I didn't keep track of time. I just wanted to chill and experiment! :P No more than 1 hour at least, done in Photoshop

Thanks, Dream :)
Advarsky - I like the brilliant transluency you captured as the kite eclipses the sun. I think there's a 3D term for it, but unfortunately I don't know it.
Curlyhair - Cool composition with a nice narrative...good stuff!
Wexter - My fav...great diagonal comp. Very clever and comical.
Stern - That kind of kite didn't cross my mind, quite unique and dynamic.
Creeto - Strong shapes and a good sense of drama.
Perter - Great composition! I really dig the kite's view of the world below.
GDS - Strong graphic colors....almost as if they are symbolically used.
DreamMaster - Great diagonal composition. I like how the craggy rocks lead the viewer to the focal point, that being the kites. The atmosphere is exceptional as well as the rendering of the rocky middle ground. Well thought out!

Thanks daniel :)
curlyhair- I'm amazed at how well you rendered yours for only 23 minutes!
wexter- also my favorite, it reminds me of the ending of Big Buck Bunny
Peling - love the concept!

danielh68 (http://forums.cgsociety.org/member.php?u=54948), thank you so much. I really like your kite - I like people thinking out of proportion, thinking BIG :D I always try to teach this courage as an art director
PeterRabel (http://forums.cgsociety.org/member.php?u=411354), I like the angle you chose - interesting solution.
I myself was amazed how long 25 min really is. I was more or less done with an idea at 15 min and I was really surprised I have another 10 min to refine it a bit. And I'm sure there are many artists much faster than me, and more professional. Which tells me how lazy I am complaining on lack of time instead of painting another 5 precious minutes. Good theme by the way. So many good entries considering time limitation - some times I don't see these results at themes of one hour long
Wexter (http://forums.cgsociety.org/member.php?u=207308), funny! :D
DreamMaster (http://forums.cgsociety.org/member.php?u=15676), I like the mistical feel of it
PELENG (http://forums.cgsociety.org/member.php?u=193560), creepy picture, hope the bird is better now
