I have complex setup of right wing. About 130 feathers wich rig with a lot of constrains and driven keys.

One way to make left wing- is negative scale duplicating nessesary nodes with input connections, and its works. But negative scale make flipped normals, and problem with fur later. Also we plan to make feathers dynamic, so i would like to have clean scene.
Another way-to do all job manualy- will take cople of days.

Is there some scripts wich can automaticaly make left wing with rig?

why not just select the objects and select Normals > Reverse .

I would like to have a clean scene, without bunch of history and negative scale. I gues i`ll have a lot of trobles with dynamic and i wish to avoid any posible errors.

Your best bet is to break down your existing setup into a build script so that it will create the setup on both sides. Your setup is so custom that it would be hard for any generic script to traverse down a graph and record every node and connection and recreate it on an opposite side.
