View Full Version : mia_material refraction problem

Hi there,

I am trying to render a simple office scene looking into glass partitioned meeting room.
I made a mia_material_x with preset for glass and realized that all the texture (2d file node) gone missing. It seems like the mental ray takes average of colour value and replace it with solid colour. When I did a quick test with just glass object (simple cube) and floor (plane) which I applied lambert shader with checker pattern connected to colour, the plane behind glass went gray (other area rendered fine).

I am using maya 2011 on OSX 10.6.3

Sorry if the topic is covered already, but I could not find any solution when I did search.
