I have some cylinders with mia_material_x with the physical glass preset, and within I have cylinders with a white blin, with 0% transparency. Shouldn't those render out as white, because now they are black:

Any ideas what I am doing wrong? It's just a basic white blinn...

Bump up your refraction rays in the the raytrace settings in the render settings.
