Hey guys,
How do I create the overcast ( no direct sunlight) lighting by using phisical sun/sky?
where do I edit? Thanks!

You can increase shadow softness, or sun size, quite a bit - the bigger the lightsource, the softer the shadows get. Also, you can can decrease strength of the sun, increasing the strength of the sky. I'm not sure, what kind of options do you have in Maya, but those work well in Max MR implementation.
