Hi, this is a hand for a female character.
Can someone help me on the edges of the nuckles and the parts between the fingers?
The hand structure just looks terrible compared to the body I made. Perhaps hands are just harder. I'm stumped on where edges should go to create natural-looking (subtle) nuckles, and the tendons that go down the palm as well.

You don't have enough geometry. You'll need mre than just boxes for the fingers if you want more detail.
Don't think of the fingers as boxes but as cylinders, try 8 segments and see if you bring that detail back into the hand. This should give you enough geometry to work with for the tendons.

Just remember that fingers are not hot dogs, no matter how much geometry you use.
A cross section of a finger doesn't look round. It looks squarish.
