Great topic! Heres a quick sketch of my B-Movie. I always wanted to do something with a classic space ship and planets... nows the chance. Thinking of the story at the moment. It'll have five main characters..and a big crab-like creature to keep them busy.

Ok here's a face study of the young guy character..still haven't figured out a name for him yet, but He'll get one soon. I was going to give him a nice clean look..but I think I'm going to rough him up a bit.

Ok...I decided to name this character Dan. I'm giving him a more modernized body suit than the others. I'm trying not to over do the detail for animation. I might stick with a 50's style if it gets to high in poly count.

Heres a sketch of Mike. Inspired by the greatest entertainer of all time Michael Jackson! Who is also from my hometown. He's going to be a muscle bound version. I'm working on his body suit right now. More coming soon.

Cool paintings I like that style.

This is how Mikes jacket is going to look. I'm gonna stick with the Thriller style for now. His space suit will be similar but with long sleeves, boots, and a robotic glove.

I love you for doing Michael in your b-movie entry :D!! truly awesome! The stuff is lookin very promising....looking foward to seeing more from you! :)

the jacket is looking pretty neat. I really like your painting style. Keep it up.

Thinking of giving Beth a classic look. Inspired by Princess Leia from Star Wars. She's a futuristic 50's version. Creating her body suit now..had a few sexy designs in mine but I might just keep it simple.

Bingu- Thanks! Yeah...I had to do Mike! He was the greatest! His 80's look inspired me to be an artist as a kid. I use to draw his posters all the time!
Overcontrast- Hey thanks! I love your work! Good luck to you and your team B-Movie!

Trying to stay true to my original sketch. Having a tough time deciding what color to use for the group.

OK..now its time for the captain. He's going to look a bit like Star Treks captain Picard, with a pinch of Michael Jordan. Thinking of giving him a jet-pack rocket suit. He's also a scientist, and astronomer developing rockets and other gadgets used for space transportation.

I noticed my thread vanished! Probably because I was away for too long..trying the image category. Which was a big waist of time..because I didnt finish on time. Now I'm way behind in my video...stuck with enough material for 2 videos! And with only two weeks left..I might not make this deadline either. But I'll push on this week...and see how far I can get before the buzzer rings.

This is a head study of Tito the robot. I decided to make it simple since I might not have time to finish anyway. His body will be more complex though..with a robotic shape like Michael Jackson pet bubbles.

Tito's body study. Not sure what color to give him. Thinking of something very reflective. The creatures from Mars are next..I might do two or three.

This is one of the Mars creatures that the crew will run into. Cant decide if he should be green or red. I'll do a few render tests with the mars environment to see if he'll clash with the redish terrain.
