This will be my first challange and I am quite excited to work together with a lot of you guys. I wish you the best, good luck and a good start.
Here´s my first idea which might be included. This is a game from the late 80´s. Its about nucleary morphed giant ants which terrorize a 50´s city somewhere in the desert.
I will post some inspiring images as soon as possible.
Edit: How can I submit some images?? Is it via the Submit Entry area?

These are some mood images ive found from the game. It´s not a B-Movie, but I think thats okay...isnt it? :)

Here´s my first and inital idea. Standard streotype shot of a couple in their car at the open air movies. Kissing around and not gettin attention of whats goin on around them.

This is cool. I like the idea of the oblivious couple, but I think you could push it really far. It woud be really funny if it was like total armageddon around them and still didn't notice, thinking it was the movie. People running around screaming on fire! A giant ant tearing down the movie screen! Your current sketch might be too subtle. Just a thought.

i discovered the ant in the right sidemirror :D that's sort of details i like!
maybe there could be some subtle silhouettes of advancing ants in the dark?

@ csmallfield: Yeah thats definitely worth considering. I also thought about guys running left and right of the car facing to the back but its also a question of additional models and so on. But i´ll keep that in mind.
@ Bren: Good that you´ve noticed that one. I am a bit concirned if it not might be noticed. I also thought about the shaddow of the ant on the backside / trunk of the car. Ill take care of that.
Thanks for your comments so far.

Some rough scetches how I think the couple could look like. Im not very good in digital drawing so don´t blame me :) !

Here´s a shot of my first few polys i managed to get together. It´ll be the boys face, but I´ll try to keep it simple in order to use it maybe for more than one character with a bit of changing the shape.

So here is a little progress on the boy. I know the topology is not the best but its okay for me so far! Let me hear what you think. :)
