The idea stands!
OK. At the moment I have no ATTACK in the picture.
I think in the next drawing I will bring the ATTACK.
There I already have an idea.... must immediately continue....

Funny take on a classic B-movie. Looks like you have a leg up on the competition. :D

Hey Jürgen,

Glad to see you in this challenge:

Cool concept, think have a lot of potential for a really great image :D

Good luck and waiting for more updates. Cheers!

Thank you webhead and Ferx.

Here only one small update. Some colour in the murky everyday life.

02 February 2010, 05:36 PM (

My idea with 50 feet woman: she is in a shoe store and tries on shoes.

The scenario is not complete yet. Have a few more ideas for the scene.

02 February 2010, 11:03 AM
i think this wil be great. does all feet have the same size? ;)

are there 25 left and 25 right legs? ... just two questions, more to come ;)

are youre going to colour the legs in "elfenbein"-farben (ivory colours)?

ps: if she has 50 feet, i wonder how her crotch would look like ?!

I open one.
25 vs 25
No (ZB)rush 50 legs long
Only CG-noobs

02 February 2010, 05:06 PM (

I still work on the style of my main character.

02 February 2010, 07:57 PM
hahahahaha this is brilliant!

break a leg Juergen!

50 legs = 250 toes.

02 February 2010, 06:32 AM (

More details in the main character.
I do not want to commit myself there yet too much, if I move the character later in 3D.
It is a contest. And no commissioned work. There the fun is in the foreground.

50 legs = 250 toes.

250 toes? i hope she wont get athlete's foot (fusspilz)

02 February 2010, 09:24 AM
I like your concept!! I wonder if she can walk in a straight line? :)

02 February 2010, 09:58 AM (

Now I start with the concept-drawings of my second Char. The shoe shop assistant.
Here you see my first attempt. However, the character is not final to me yet. Now I make more drawings and poste them again.
The shoe shop assistant should become older. And I must look in the net still for typical clothes for him.

Thank you.
More provide I come along around the doctor if the lady gets a child.

02 February 2010, 03:14 PM (

Different process steps for the head of the shoe shop assistant.

02 February 2010, 09:31 PM (

On the right now the head with the body. On the left a little bit more cartoony styles.

02 February 2010, 06:37 AM (

Both characters brought together.

02 February 2010, 01:36 PM (

The shoe shop assistant will carry many shoe cardboards in the scene.

02 February 2010, 05:05 PM (

Only both together. Now i work on the rest of the scene.

02 February 2010, 06:14 AM (

Here this is my last drawing.
It shows the scene around the characters. Later in the 3D scene, many of the shoe cardboards are open. Many shoes around the woman. From lack of time not in the sketch.

Now I begin with 3D works.
Probably I start with the characters. This gives me the most pleasure.

02 February 2010, 07:08 AM
I really like the shoe shop assistant character and expression. Good work on this one ! ;)

02 February 2010, 12:55 PM
Great drawings so I'd love to see her animated and walking

02 February 2010, 09:00 AM (

Here a wip of the Mainchar.

02 February 2010, 11:18 AM
wow looks great juergen, keep it up! i like her dress and the hair :applause:

02 February 2010, 05:43 PM
awesome stuff! never mind the shoes she has to shop for...what about her underwear!?

02 February 2010, 01:50 AM
what underwear? I think it works better if we assume shes not wearing any hah. Love this idea btw, i never even thought of making such a pun on the 50 foot challenge. CG looks gr8 so far but i think her head got smaller, I liked it a bit bigger like in the drawings.

02 February 2010, 03:12 AM
Haha :D she came out great
looking forward to see some more

02 February 2010, 02:34 PM
Thx. Unfortunately, I have only little time.
Every free minute it is used.

Thx. I try sometimes a version with bigger head. As soon as the other building sites become less. ;)

Ming ching lao twei peng. Seleum puigidet leardo gnulla hraau tweng peng.
But thx.

02 February 2010, 11:21 PM
im looking forward for the shop guy. this is going to be soooo good.
i go to sleep now. god'nite

02 February 2010, 08:26 AM (

Unfortunately, I have very little time and get on only very slowly.
I used the time and show here so long some wip-pictures.
Here you see the relaxed mesh of the body.

02 February 2010, 10:23 AM
great model you have there

02 February 2010, 10:55 AM
looks so nice please keep going :arteest: love the hair :bounce:

02 February 2010, 01:27 PM
Nice play with words in the title to create the B-Movie :D , and a good model so far.

02 February 2010, 03:35 PM
sweet sculpt man

02 February 2010, 04:48 PM
...still laughing! funny idea and the model is coming great! I'll follow you for sure! Good luck!

02 February 2010, 11:06 AM (

Thank you to everybody for the feedback.
This animates to continue.

More wip-shots how i made the woman:
Here, for example, one can see how I have made the dress. In ZBrush this is, actually, quite easily with the topology tool.

02 February 2010, 11:09 AM (

This shows more details, how I have made the dress in ZBrush.
