Ok, so I wanted to try and draw glasses this time, but i'm not too sure on how to start that really. Reflections and bounce light end everything aren't my strong points :X

And its so difficult for me to draw girls as well. I guess I like drawing male faces cause it's very strucured. I don't have to deal with any softness in facial features. haha

Anyways, any pointers on how to do reflections on glasses?

When I paint glasses I usually don't paint actual glass, just frames and then gradually darken the face behind the glass. Highlights are added at the end, on new layer. Like this http://www.imagic.pl/files//14759/BONO.jpg

You have sunglasses so I would approach them the same way, just adding new layer of dark color and highlights. Reflections - Overlay mode layer, then Linear dodge layer on top, with adjusted opacity. And keep in mind light direction. Also it is good to add highlights on frames. As for the girl... uhm, I'm not sure. She doesn't look bad but seems out of space here, maybe if she was less visible and distorted by the glass?

I see what you mean with your approach on it, but i kinda decided to take a new direction with it. I wanted the reflection of the glasses to tell a story.

I never changed the opacity on the girl yet, so it looks a bit too dominant.

I kinda wanted to make her look like she was half the reflection and half coming out of the lense, but not sure how to execute that properly....... any ideas?
