I really didn't really get it when I first saw.For me Hollywood movies have always been error less(Perfect  ) Technically.....

But transformers 2 broke the record..... :banghead:

Its a silly mistake I don't know if somebody else have found it or not,But I feel like we need a little discussion on this.

Here are the Screenshots from the movie.

prehaps he needs to get out more

Who are you refering to?

hahaha....there's always little mistakes....especially with the ever reducing timelines.

I haven't seen the movie, but to me it looks more like a light effect trying to mimic how a bright light like that would display on film/video rather than a mistake...then could be one of those damned floating rotos.

Maybe they wanted the fire to appear to envelop the characters... lest they look like they were "painted in." Looks cool, I think.

Someone has told that it's a reflection in the lenses.

Yea, I have seen this as the result of animorphic lenses. You actually get the edge that looks hard like a roto edge because of the flags on the matte box. I had to show them that the flare/bloom effect was in the plate because they thought it was something I messed up on.

seriously man, get a gf.

and we should see that in movement, I bet it looks good. And based on what I see on the overall composition, I hardly believe it is a mistake.

that reminds me of a work mate. We were watching a video with some subtle chromatic aberration. The guy looks laughing all arrogant, "HAHA, poor guy, he is good but not that good, haha, he doesn't even know how to key a shot, hah poor guy". The work overall very good, not even close to the one this guy next to me has done in his life or will ever do.

Anyway my point is that usually when you have that attitude you will probably not get too far.

and yes, after reading this you are wondering if I should get a gf too
