View Full Version : openExr in maya 2010 64bit and mental ray issues

I'm running into a big trouble with a maya 2010 scene where:
- i'm setting the file format to exr and after i'm working on the scene for a while it defaults back to iffs
- i have mblur off and it still renders with mblur (i don't have any AOVs)
- i cannot mix render layers with different render engines with openexr as a file format for mray and iff for maya software cause at a a certain point it defaults the mray render to iff format so i cannot use AOVs, really unpredictable

I'm running maya 2010 64bit on a CentOS 64bit system.

Did anyone encountered these issues so far?
