Hi, well I export a MB layer and open it into photoshop and everything I draw on the "Mudbox layer " gets properly into mudbox, but when I add a new layer (in photoshop) it won't show whats drawn within, only the 'Mudbox layer" will be shown.

Merge down in PS(onto the "Paint Here" layer) before you export back to Mud.

just use a TIFF file. they support anything you can throw at it (adjustment layers, smart objects, etc) and you can LZW compress them for Mudbox too to save disk space (it's lossless).

@musashidan: Thanks, but then you lose all your adjustement layers by which you lose control of your texture. Hoped it would be able to support multiple layers. =)

@cgbeige: Why use TIFF ? It doesn't make muchof a difference when you need to merge the files all into one layer ? Even with LZW compress it doesn't make a difference? Or does it somehow?
