Hello everybody,

I would like to introduce my latest work, "Masques", finished in 2006 and produced by Lardux Films and ARTE Tv.

Link to vidéo : ( ( (

Two masks face each other, gazed at by a multitude of strange stares A signal is given, starts a dance, a ritual fight...

A film by Jérôme Boulbès, based on a choregraphy by Nicolas Vladyslav.

I believe that this film, with its very basic storyline, being more about dance and martial art, may be a bit outside the scope of the CGTalkers... still, I believe it can be of interest to some of you...
well, I hope so !

I'm also very proud to say that it is selected for the next Siggraph Asia in Yokohama, among other festivals.

waiting for your comments.

hi, first of all, congratulation on your movie getting selected for siggraph event..and coming to the movie i thought the starting was bit draggy and i kinda started loosing interest after 50th sec as nothing much was happening, but the later part, when the fight starts, it was very interesting to watch the fight between the two masks, in fact i loved it. The animation and the rendering looked very good and i really enjoyed watchin it. once again congratulation and all the best.

Thanks for the comments, gameSedit. I'm happy you enjoyed it.

Yes, the very beginning may be a bit slower than usual - it was designed for theater screening, which allows a bit more time of concentration from the audience.
