View Full Version : Wakes and swells in XSI?

Me and my co-worker are currently working on an animated wakeboard shot, including a boat and a wakeboard... and a wakeboader of course :) We're wondering if there is/are a way(s) to make realistic wakes/swells in XSI? Areté has great tools for water animations such as wakes and swells... but it costs a little too much. Is it possible to achieve this in XSI in a somewhat easy way, or do we need some plugins?

btw: I'm using XSI 2.02 advanced.
