Trying to texture a self-portrait for the first time... This is a WIP, of course, and I'm hoping that your input can contribute the overall direction the piece goes in from here. Thanks in advance for C & Cs...
(p.s. no bump or spec maps yet... just starting to work on color...)

So where are you at exactly in the texturing process?
Some parts of the model look like their specularity is a bit too hot, like on the cheek bone near the outside of the right eye (our right, the model's left). Maybe you didn't give this a spec map yet? The lips are looking kind of fake right now as well. A displacement and bump map could help them out, but I don't know if you've touched those maps yet either.
As far as the coloration, I think that's pretty solid so far. The skin tone, goatee, and eyebrow regions all look pretty decent.

That's lookin pretty darn spiffy!
Cept I think you've got it a little too orange. The tone that you've got on the top/back of the head and ears seems a bit more realistic than what's on the face. You're probably going too directly from the colors in the photo-- local lighting always distorts the colors somehow, in this case the photo looks a bit dark.
