If you have the $ to buy a Wildcat card, then you should get the Wildcat 3 6110. If you are more on a budget, then definetly get the Quadro4 750XGL.

I Think you should go with Quadro4 750/900XGL.
Quadro4 seems to be faster and can output to two monitors.
Also, 2D performance in Wildcat II is terrible...
Just look at these benchmarks without a Quadro4... Wildcat II 5000 is being beaten by a GeForce3 in Maya... imagine what a Quadro4 can do... ;)

The Wildcat 2 5000 is an old, slow, and expensive card. I don't even know why it's still on the market. If you don't have an AGP pro slot, then I'd almost imedietly go with the Q4 750. The only reason I'd hesitate is to see if it might be worth waiting untill the end of the year.

There should be new GPUs coming out sometime later this year. Nvidia will release their NV30 chip. 3DLabs will release their P10 chip, Matrox has their new Parhelia chip. If it isn't a matter of life and death for you to get a new card ASAP, then I'd probably wait untill the end of the year.
