two immediate flags...

- when he starts lifting, he's WAY far forward of his center of gravity

-at about :06 when he scoots the body farther on the table it moved way too fast.

as for the center of gravity, i'm think if i put the right foot out farther then it will be more believable, sorta as a brace. Is this what your referring to?

and yea the body is definately scooting way too fast, need to show more weight on that

I think a real person would actually put his knees down on the ground on either side of the guy's head and shoulders and then drag the body by the shoulders toward him until he could get some substantial weight over his feet before he started standing.

Most rigs are pretty lousy at knees-on-the-ground poses however.
