Looks okay to me.

I guess the real questions are How does it looked smoothed, and what is the model for?

if it's for a game, it may be a tad too high poly (not by much though)

If it's to bring into zbrush, it should work out fine.

and if it is already "finished" you may want to compare it to a photo to get better proportions.

they head shape needs work:

the loop structure heading into the should generally follow the underlying structure of the jaw bone and cheek muscles.

Yes, I want to take this model to ZBrush. I would work on the loop structure again.
