I originally posted this in the regular WIP forum, but it wasn't getting hard enough crit. It's an alien, (fish kind of) that I've been working on. The ear region is very messy, but I assure you, they are all 4 sided polygons. Thanks for all the help. :)

First off I think you may need to concentrate on the proportions more. Right now it looks like that head would flip the character on his nose judging my the neck.

The underside of the chin is far too deep.

It looks as if the head was flattened with a rolling pin on the side.

It looks fairly decent from the front, but from the side, its not too convincing.

As it is now, there really isnt enough that I can make many more critiques.

I didn't use conecpts. :surprised

EDIT: Changed the porportions of the head quite a bit.
