View Full Version : Stereo rendering and depth of field

This is probably a complete newbie question as I'm not at all familiar with stereo rendering let alone very good at normal rendering. The question is, is there a way to get that nice depth of field blur you get in a normal maya software render (by setting the DOF options on a camera) while using a stereo camera (red/blue split)? I know you're supposed to get the depth from the actual 3D, but this is for a still image not necessarily to be used with stereo glasses.
