View Full Version : UV map messed up. XSI to ZB

hey all. i have this head mesh which i exported from xsi, and when i import it in zbrush, the uv is not the same. in detail, the seams at both ends of the texture uv is stitched up and this causes a huge overlapping over the whole texture. why is this happening? how do i fix it?

Check if you don't have UVs which are strictly on 0,1 line (the top part of the square).
Try to move a little bit the UV vertices which are striclty on the border and put them inside the UV square.

yeap, i did that prior to ur reply and it works, but i just wanted to know if this is a known issue or a bug. thanks anyway for the tip, many others may not know the solution.
