Ok so what i have is a plate. A layered shader with a 3d projection coming from above with a ramp plugged into it. The ramp has two materials plugged into its color inputs. One material is working as expected (gold) the other one is turning black!
In my image the render shows a black and gold plate, and a white brick. The white brick represents what the black part of the plate is supposed to look like (same material). Only in the ramp shader its coming out black...
