View Full Version : GoZ isn't ready for primetime

well after a few days of trying to use GoZ, I'm realizing that it's less and less usable in a day to day working scenario than I hoped it would be. The main problems are that it wants to save a new .ma file from Maya and half the time it throws up the "unable to change document type" error so it ends up doing nothing unless you use a barebones scene.

It also crashes Maya a lot and refuses to recognize that textures have been changed outside of the program so it overwrites your external edits. Let's hope it can be addressed by the release of ZB 4.

Really? It looked all sexy and exciting in the demo video sped up 8x. ; )

Which version of maya?
