In addition to the suggestions I gave you last night, maybe you could make his clones/identities muticultural/multinational . He could be like an expert in picking up different accents and mannerisms. It will add to the variety of costumes/hairstyles as well.
keep at it!

My concept revolves around a fictional character Immanuel Dereck (ID) after almost 20 years of service as a secret agent where he constantly changed and lived different identities is having a tough time remembering his real identity. The concept is to show his mental state in which he sees himself as a same person living in different identities caught in a loop struggling to recall his true self.

Finally I nailed the concept and this is the first WIP. Immanuel Dereck "I.D." the secret agent officer who was agency's best in changing identities for carrying out spy activities is aging and now struggling with his mental status. The identities he lived are now haunting him and confusing him with his real identity.
Your idea sounds really cool and original !! great approach. And the composition for the concept looks cool !! Waiting for more updates! Cheers!! :D

Hi Ishan, I too hope I submit the final entry on time!! taking out time for cgchallenge after 10 hours of work at studio is tough..I am worried its not upto the mark coz of lack of time spent on it..but at the same time very happy to brainstorm on the awesome topic!!
Just in case I have not made it clear till now..the abstract faces i.e. masks are the identities haunting Immanuel Derek. what haunts him are the masks of the faces/identities he lived coz those fake personalities didn't have any soul which he had to live while serving as a secret agent.

Cool concept. Here's my 2 cents if you aren't already doing it. You might think about putting a hand gesture to the face of the "aging" agent, to suggest his mental state. Paranoia is well suggested through the eyes but the hand can add to the suggestion. Also, you may want to add a scowl to the brow line to suggest "mental" grimacing. Good Luck!

Congrats on finishing this piece. I like the composition but the expression could be pushed more. It reads more like suspicion than paranoia. Good work overall!
DP came out very good. But your concept art not much conveying story/ur idea. Most Impressive thing is u participated and u did finish something good :). I wish you will continue the same spirit all the time.
Wish you all the best
Congrats on your finished work! I think you have a really interesting concept with a lot of potential, and hope you have time to work a bit more on the image :) All the best and good luck!! Cheers! :D
