View Full Version : surface luminance utility equivalent in MR

Is there anything similar like the surfLuminance maya utility node in mental ray? I used to drive the coordinates of ramps with it, something I would like to do with mental ray nodes. I already got a gradient from Jan Sandstrom's website, but the surface luminance from there doesn't want to work like I am used to.
