View Full Version : How do we change the UI colors in LW?

just wondering how one goes about changing the colors of the lightwave UI (6.5b). I recall a site that had a quick flash tutorial which gave you the proper color values to adjust in a .cfg file, but i can't find it right now.

any and all help is most appreciated.

If you come up with some decent color combos post some cscreen shots. I've changed mine a while back but they're pretty wacky looking.

I just noticed the text comment about manually adding an extra line for LW7. Here's the note in case you missed it.

Note for LW 7+ users: There's a new button type I haven't had a chance to incorperate, but you
can add it easily. Add "ToolButtonColor" to the list it provides after you click "done" (for
example ToolButtonColor 250 110 110)

I had discovered this and sent it to him after messing with his program about 4 -5 months ago i think the way i found out was just by guessing what the button names might be lol !!! im wondering if anyone else has found a way to change vertice and point colors i hate the default yellow point color ?
