View Full Version : MR Contour Offset and Hidden Lines Contour in Maya

I've run into two problems using the contour renderer, one not-so-big problem, the other, a quite substantial one:

Problem A
- When rendering an image, the final appears to be offset from the wireframe.

Problem B
- Can't figure out how to recreate the hidden lines contour preset in 3DMax. As I am doing architectural design, I'd love to know if anyone has been able to accomplish it in Maya. The Maya Help was kind enough to point out that contour shaders could be created to resemble crayons, pencils and even "dashed lines"(exactly what I need) but failed to explain how to do so.

Help please! :(
